Absolutely, sign up for a consultation and we will get the ball rolling! A payment is needed as a flat fee for me blocking off time with you.  That $15 payment will be deducted from the final price of the project if an agreement is reached. Ill send a contract to you to read over with the SOW (Statement of Work) which will detail all the services and my direct contact to work together, be sure to sign said contract if there is no signature but deposit is paid, the payment shows authorized client agrees to the contract and wishes for the project to move forward!
