**Color Refraction Activity – Light, Color, and Digital Manipulation**

In this activity, students explored how light and color bend through glass and water by observing and capturing real examples of color refraction. The goal was to introduce foundational concepts of the color wheel and color theory while connecting them to real-world visuals. Students then imported their images into design programs and experimented with adjustments such as hue, saturation, brightness, and contrast to further manipulate the refracted colors. Through this process, students practiced essential skills like importing images, creating and organizing layers, and editing within their software. This activity helped bridge the connection between physical light behavior and digital design techniques, allowing students to see how color can be transformed both naturally and creatively.
